5398 Nottingham I love this house, perfect location, a short walk to the beach. I will definitely be returning.

Beautiful kitchen and ocean view! This house was exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos! The kitchen was beautiful with a stunning ocean view and everything was so clean upon arrival. The location was perfect with a quick walk to the ocean. Would love to stay again!

Great Location My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for New Year’s and we loved the location of the home. The home is so close to a beautiful mountain trail to view the entire ocean, near Shamel Park, and near the costal access through the park. It’s a very quiet neighborhood at night too. The home fit all 4 of us comfortably. The downside is that it was a very rainy and cold week and we needed the home to be warm throughout as the 2 queen bedrooms are downstairs and the King bedroom is upstairs. We were trying to figure out the thermostat as the downstairs remained very cold and it was a clear difference when walking down the stairs, you felt it get cold. My grandmother had joined us and she is very sensitive to temperatures, so while she was originally going to remain in the bottom Queen room, she had to stay upstairs and so did the rest of us to stay in the warm area of the house. We contacted the staff and they were helpful in bringing someone over to help take a look and they were able to set the thermostat to a temperature we wanted and helped close the upstairs vents and open all downstairs vents to see if that would help, but unfortunately the downstairs still remained very cold. We made it work but it was unfortunate that we didn’t enjoy all the rooms comfortably. Make sure to also bring extra toilet paper and all your personal needs and belongings as there are only 1 extra roll in each bathroom and only hand soap, which one of the bathroom didn’t have a hand soap so we thankfully had brought our own extra soaps and personal shower washes and hair shampoo/conditioner, etc. Something else to note is that when we got there the upstairs bedroom and one of the downstairs bedroom where the bed is a Murphy bed, had what felt like sand on the top bed cover. There’s also some spider webs such as in the half bathroom attached to the tissue box. Overall, we had such a relaxing time and the staff were so kind and accommodating as were the
