Due to new county ordinances, some restrictions will apply. Ocean front homes have a four night minimum stay requirement.  All homes have a five night minimum late June through Labor Day. Holidays are usually a three night minimum and Christmas/New Years is five. For anything less, please contact us, especially if it's short notice.  We may be able to help.
